Welcome to Tech Co Work Space. By accessing or using our coworking facilities, services, website, or membership plans, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & Access

• Access to the workspace is permitted only to registered members and authorized visitors.
• Members must carry valid identification and may be required to present it upon request.
• 24×7 access is provided to eligible members, subject to compliance with workspace policies.
• Access credentials (keys, cards, passwords, Wi-Fi access) are non-transferable.

2. Usage of Workspace

• Members must use the workspace solely for legal and professional business activities.
• Any activity that disrupts other members, staff, or violates local laws is strictly prohibited.
• Quiet zones, meeting rooms, and common areas must be used as per defined guidelines.
• Smoking, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are not allowed within the premises.

3. Booking & Meeting Rooms

• Meeting rooms and event spaces must be pre-booked.
• Members must adhere to their booked time slots and vacate rooms on time.
• Any damage to meeting room equipment will be chargeable.

4. Payments & Billing

• All fees must be paid in advance as per the selected plan.
• Prices are subject to applicable GST and government taxes.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
• Security deposits (if applicable) are refundable subject to damage assessment and clearance of dues..

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Membership fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
• Advance notice is required for plan cancellations or upgrades.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after approval.

6. Internet & IT Usage

• High-speed internet is provided for business use only.
• Users must not engage in illegal downloads, hacking, or misuse of network resources.
• Tech Co Work Space is not liable for data loss, breaches, or interruptions beyond reasonable control.

7. Safety & Security

• CCTV surveillance is in place for safety and security.
• Members are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Tech Co Work Space is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

8. Housekeeping & Hygiene

• Members must maintain cleanliness at their desks and shared areas.
• Pantry and common facilities should be used responsibly.
• Any intentional damage or misuse will result in penalties.

9. Visitors & Guests

• Visitors must be registered at the reception.
• Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
• Unauthorized guests are not permitted to use coworking facilities.

10. Lockers & Storage

• Lockers are provided subject to availability.
• Items left beyond the membership period may be removed after notice.
• Tech Co Work Space is not responsible for valuables stored in lockers.

11. Parking

• Parking is available on a paid basis and subject to availability.
• Tech Co Work Space is not responsible for vehicle damage or theft.

12. Termination of Membership

• Tech Co Work Space reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for:
• Violation of terms.
• Non-payment.
• Misconduct or illegal activities.
• No refunds will be issued in such cases.

13. Liability Disclaimer

• Use of the workspace is at the member’s own risk.
• Tech Co Work Space is not liable for business losses, delays, or indirect damages.

14. Amendments

• Tech Co Work Space reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

15. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
